Steffi Drewes embarked on her first Amtrak journey from Iowa to San Francisco in 1999. Since then she has tamed public transit systems in Chicago, London, Prague & beyond. In 2008 she lived in Oakland and preferred to travel by bike.
In 2008 Laureen Mahler was a writer and printer living in Oakland, California. She is the founder of Volta Press and co-edited Beeswax Magazine.

Stefanie Dykes calls Salt Lake City, Utah her home and is a co-founder of Saltgrass Printmakers, a non-profit open access print shop dedicated to the art of fine printmaking.

Diana Aehegma grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii, and now lives in Oakland, CA. She earned her MA and MFA in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University, where she won the Ann Fields Poetry Prize. Her poems have appeared in Beeswax Magazine, the Tinfish Press Anthology, Jack London is Dead, and at Bang Out SF.

Chantal V. O’Keeffe studied writing at Hollins University and later California College of the Arts. She lives in Virginia and is finishing her first novel-- an historical novel about the previously unknown, now extinct, werewolves of the blue ridge mountains.
Amie Tullius is a fiction writer, art writer, and essayist. Her work has been published in a smattering of publications around the West. her artist books have shown in Salt Lake City and San Francisco, and she has an exuberant curatorial streak that leads her to do things like organize peripatetic literary journals that she sends traveling the country on trains.

Marissa Bell Toffoli is a writer, reader, editor, dancer, traveler, explorer, foodie, music-lover, and poet. She works as an editor, teacher, and poet. At California College of the Arts in San Francisco, she earned an MFA in Writing. Her chapbook of poems, Under the Jacaranda, is available as an e-book from TheWriteDeal. She lives in California with her family.
Davina Pallone distills her love for cartoons and geography, spirituality and physics, biology and pixels, macro and micro. After studying engineering and communications in the upper peninsula of Michigan, she moved to Utah where she studied painting, weaving, and intermedia sculpture. While there, she also designed and built modern wood furniture and was co-owner of the Kayo Gallery, a contemporary art space in downtown Salt Lake City. Based in Connecticut she currently leads product and design teams to build engaging apps for healthcare startups.

Andrea Dupree creates art and educational experiences. She has extensive experience producing digital media projects including documentary, video art, graphic design, blogs and websites. She has worked in non profit administration, grant writing and grant management in the fields of arts, community-based arts programming and arts education.
